Double Wall Box, using boards made from two layers of grooves, spaced between three sheets, provide superior padding and protection for those larger, heavier items. Double wallboard boxes are constructed of two layers of corrugated cardboard (flute) with a liner in the middle. This two-layer structure provides additional strength and stability. A: Each box will pack in a poly bag, 20pcs~30pcs pieces in a stronger carton box, and all the carton corners with plastic protectors.
